Having lived and worked near Aix-en-Provence, France for over 20 years we, Gill and Simon, are now the owners of Gîtes de Sévenne in the beautiful Lot et Garonne countryside.

Gîtes de Sévenne have two fully equipped gîtes, Drake and Duck, available to hire throughout the year for your family holiday.

Extensive grounds

Extensive mature grounds of 1.1Ha / 2.5 acres for relaxation or outdoor games.

Activities

Football, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, darts , trampoline, bicycles and selection of books, DVD’s, board games, puzzles, etc.

Child friendly

Highchair, travel cot, changing mat, potty etc. are available on request as are a variety of children’s toys (indoor and outdoor).

Dogs accepted

Well behaved dogs under their owner’s responsibility are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (we have free range chicken and ducks on the premises). Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s).

Our Gîtes

At Gîtes de Sévenne, the Drake and Duck gîtes come fully furnished and equipped, ensuring an enhanced holiday experience.

Drake Gîte

Ground floor

1 double / family bedroom with 1 x king-size double bed & 2 bunk beds and vanity unit

Large kitchen / lounge /diner with two sofas, dining table and chairs.

First Floor

1 x twin bedroom

Family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Front covered terrasse with table and chairs overlooking front garden and duck pond.

Rear patio with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking the rear garden and pool area.

Duck Gîte

All accommodation on ground floor.

1 x double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe

1 x twin bedroom.

Lounge / diner with sofa, dining table and chairs.

Fully equipped separate kitchen.

Family bathroom with shower.

Patio with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking the rear garden and pool area.

Mesmerizing Surroundings

Outside, both gites have plenty of seating areas for relaxing and dining al fresco.

A wide choice of children’s toys, suitable for all ages, is available to entertain your little ones. Trampoline, table tennis, volleyball net, goal post/net, trikes etc. are also at your disposal.

Gites de Sevenne has land of over one hectare with a variety of mature trees to provide cool shade on hot summer days.

There are farm chickens and ducks that you will come across during your stay. I hope they provide fresh eggs, but nothing is guaranteed!

The Swimming Pool

A fully fenced swimming pool (with sunbeds and seating) is suitable for all ages.

Both Duck and Drake Gîtes have patio with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking the rear garden and pool area.

The surrounding gardens are perfect for small children - our two girls (5 and 2) loved the treehouse, playing hide and seek behind the trees, the trampoline, the swimming pool and just having plenty of space to run around. Outside the surroundings are beautiful and the pool is a very good size. There are toys in the park as well as a trampoline. Chickens and ducks add to the fun. The hosts are welcoming and around when needed. A wonderful place that I would recommend to my friends and family."
